Invest with The Kaleido Collective and be a part of something new, and overdue – we’re changing the future of hospitality with human rights and environmental preservation at the forefront of our business mission.
From the Founders
”Kaleido was born from more than two decades of navigating hospitality as a neurodivergent queer person. Our vision is to create spaces where guests can show up fully as themselves—without questioning their safety, acceptance, or comfort. As queer‑focused establishments have steadily disappeared, Kaleido emerged from a desire to preserve our community’s history while reimagining its future. Guided by a curated team of hospitality experts, we’re bringing a modern, forward‑thinking approach to accommodations, retail, and food and beverage. To us, hospitality is more than hotels and resorts—it’s the entire guest experience industry. We call our patrons guests because our spaces are designed to feel like a second home.”- Tyler Parks-Shinstock, Principal Architect
”Hospitality has long been traditional—and with that tradition has come a failure to truly serve marginalized communities. Too few spaces prioritize making people feel seen, heard, and safe. The industry has shifted from people‑first to profit‑first, from care to shareholders. I didn’t join hospitality to repeat that cycle. I joined to build something real—centered on affordability, accessibility, and genuine inclusion. I didn’t join to preserve the old model. I came to challenge it—to build spaces grounded in affordability, accessibility, and real inclusion. Not another hospitality company, but a return to hospitality itself.”- Adrian Rodriguez Rios, Operations Architect
”From the vibrant spaces to the thoughtful staff, every moment reflected a genuine commitment to inclusion and respect.”
